Through weekend immersions and Bhakti philosophy, you'll not only refine your physical practice but also explore the spiritual heart of yoga. This holistic experience equips you to confidently share yoga's teachings with others, growing into a compassionate and knowledgeable instructor.
Your commitment will be supported by engaging homework assignments, including essays, personal reading, class sequencing, teaching practice, and more. These elements are thoughtfully crafted to inspire growth and keep you fully engaged in your path.

Each weekend will kick off at 5:30 p.m. on Friday evening, continuing until 9 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, the sessions will run from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a one-hour break for lunch.

Full training: $3350
Deposit (due on registration): First payment of any available plan
Payment plans available for selection at checkout. All final payments must be made by conclusion of the training program (May 18th).

Per Yoga Alliance guidelines, this 200 hour yoga teacher training program is comprised of 180 contact hours with a Yoga Alliance registered teacher and 20 non-contact hours (homework). If you are unable to attend any or all of an entire module due to work obligation or unexpected family issues, you are required to make up the additional hours, through personal self study, extra homework assignments, and/or group class practices.
If you miss more than 15 hrs you may be required to spend additional contact time with an assigned teacher outside training hours. This additional time will cost $30 per hour.
